Wreckless is a Skateboard, Inline Skate, BMX, Longboard, Roller Derby and Scooter product store with attitude, Based in Gorey Co Wexford.

The Challenge

Wreckless approached Positive Systems Solutions with specific areas in their business that needed some additional focus. Their business had grown organically and now the need to manage the operation better was imperative.

They were looking for a way to manage their inventory and stock better. A system that could track and trace product sales, returns and purchases without fuss and was not complicated. They wished to incorporate CRM which is in-built in RMS to help better manage their customers from POS through to delivery, the system also needed to be able to give full reporting to management and also eliminate as much admin as possible.

Wreckless also wished to have a system that could integrate with a web-store for live-stock and order processing. With that in mind, they also wanted flexibility while being easy to use and easy to train staff on.

The Results

Positive’s usual hands on approach made installation easy. PSS installed Microsoft Dynamics RMS (Retail Management System) since this was their first system it was extremely easy to implement as we did not have the problem of importing and inputting legacy data, we stared from fresh with correct and new data some supplied in product files others manually inputted. Positive Systems Solutions installed their POS system on P.C based machines for added speed, we installed receipt printers cash drawers label printers for items without codes along with the usual A4 printers for reports etc.. all with minimal fuss and on the windows platform.

Wreckless have been thrilled with their new EPOS system from Positive with Grant stating “I’ve saved hours of manual admin every week, I don’t know why I didn’t get this sooner.” “Stock is manageable Customers are easy to look after and I’m building a database that I can use to market to them. Processing order is done fast, efficiently and professionally. We now have thermal receipts!”

Wreckless have now integrating their system Microsoft RMS from Positive Systems Solutions with Nitrosell e-commerce one system to handle all aspects of their sales channel from brick to clicks and all with our help

The new website went live on May 1st 2013 and already has had a huge impact on the workload. Being and Integrated system it saves hundreds of man hours every year.
