At Murphy’s Prams before we had installed the Microsoft RMS system, we had recorded everything by paper, all orders and sales etc. Having used RMS now for 3 years or so, it has helped our business greatly. Most impressive of all is that stock control is much easier and all the info that you require can be found in an instant at the touch of a button such as:

  • What margins are we making?
  • What has Sold and Not Sold in the last month?
  • Replenishing Stock
  • Keeping track of suppliers changing prices and  customer’s orders

The RMS system is excellent as is Positive Systems back up service should we need any technical help.
