Retail Technology Director

Damien has an extensive background in technical sales and Key account management.

He’s a qualified Microsoft Business Solutions Specialist and has completed numerous IT courses and attained many Technical Qualifications.

Damien is a Retail Technology Expert, he is well known, and respected throughout Ireland for his retail technology and management knowledge.

Damien is a Graduate of the Irish Management Institute and UCC with qualifications in Strategy, Innovation, Leadership and Management.

A passionate and driven business leader. Damien is eager to share his knowledge of Business Management and Technology, with focus on Retail and Distribution organisational best practice.

Margaret Bourke

Retail Technology Support Head

Margaret is our Retail Technology Lead Consultant, Margaret a Computer Graduate with a degree in computer science. Margaret also holds many technical qualifications including Microsoft Dynamics Product Specialist & LS Retail LS NAV Product Specialist.

Margaret has extensive knowledge managing Retail technology and imparts this knowledge to all that meet her, Margaret heads up the Retail Technology and Service Division for Positive.

Margaret, Having run her own I.T Business and then onto one of Irelands Largest Semi-State organisations finally to Positive, Has all the retail technology know how any Retail organisation could need. Margaret has a keen understanding of best practice within the retail tech sector and advises accordingly.

Margaret is a fitness enthusiast and spends her free time running, swimming or doing Pilates, all while managing a busy family life.

Energetic & Smart with a firm understanding of Retail , Margaret is a powerful ally for any Retail Business in Ireland and abroad.

We are proud to have Margaret head up our Retail Technology division and she welcomes any questions current or future clients have.

Emma McSweeney

Project Manager / Business Analyst Director

Emma has many year’s experience running and managing successful projects, in many different sectors.

Emma has extensive Technological Experience, working with some of the worlds most innovative businesses such as, IBM and Sun life.

Emma along with holding a senior management position in Positive has held Senior Irish Management positions in both the public and private sector, including Technology Manager, SFI.

Emma holds her primary Degree in Science from Maynooth University, a H Dip in Data Science along with a Diploma in Project Management PMI. Emma also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt along with many other Business Analysis qualifications.

Emma a keen learner, Project Manager, Data Scientist and a great leader within our progressive Team.

Gosia Wysocka

Technology Manager

Gosia is a qualified Supply Chain Specialist with extensive experience in Retail and Distribution Processes , Gosia also holds a Masters In Chemical Engineering.

Gosia is very process driven, she understands very well how our supplied technology, can be best put to use in your Business.

Gosia provides customised Training and Consultation on Microsoft’s Retail Management System (RMS), LS One from LS Retail, All Orders, Tableau and QuickBooks along with and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office products.

A very special area of expertise for Gosia is the use of Retail Management data reporting combined with Excel for detailed analysis of your business. Gosia’s qualifications in Supply chain make her the go to person for Inventory Management within Positive Solutions.

Sales & Support Executive

Ash is our Sales and Support executive with many years of Technical Knowledge.

Ash has experience in Technology Hardware management and installation, Making him a knowledgeable and competent advisor.

Ash holds an Electronic Engineering Diploma from ITT. Ash is a technology lover and keeps up to date on all the latest happenings with business technology, and how it will help your organisation.

Ash our Sales Engineer has many years of experience in the field, so you can count on his advice.

Sales is a new found love for Ash, he is happy to advise and help in any process relating to Sales or Support with Positive.

Erica Manning

Retail Software Support Executive

Erica Manning is one of our Retail Software Support Executives.

Erica graduated from ITB with a degree in Computer Science she is a welcome addition to our retail technology department.

Erica possesses Strong analytic skills and a firm understanding of Retail, Erica is available to help with any support issues you may encounter.

Erica works on our implementation team along with post support and will be with you throughout the entire Retail Technology process with us.

Sudheer Aluru

Retail Technology Product Specialist

Sudheer Aluru is a member of our Retail Technology Service Team.

Sudheer Aluru holds a Masters of Computer Science from Griffith College Dublin, originally from India we are lucky to have Sudheer work with us here in Ireland.

Sudheer works in our LS NAV retail ERP support team, Sudheer is very analytical and bright. Sudheer excels on complex implementations and projects. Sudheer has very strong understanding of how technology helps retailers succeed against competition with experience on numerous Retail ERP projects.

Derek Patterson

Accountant & Accounting Software Director

Derek heads up our Accounting Division within Positive. Derek an Accountant with many years Industry Experience, has extensive knowledge in the use of numerous Accounting Software Solutions and process.
